The heart of STS. Our strength program is designed and programmed to build strength, endurance, and a body that is better than yesterday. Our goal is to help you build a body that is healthy, fit, and looks good too.
Yep, we are going to beat the tar out of our worries and frustrations. You don’t have to be a boxer, you don’t have to have a reason to learn more than wanting to kick the trash out of your stress… and get a killer workout while doing it. Boxing at STS is one of the funnest cardio HIIT workouts you will do!
You can’t go a week without one of our hi-intesity Afterburn sessions.. trust us on that!
HipHop dance inspired fitness. So much fun, movement, and sweat packed into one session. If you have two left feet, or hips like Shakira… you will love MixxFit at STS.
This class will rock your week. We have some of the very few Certified TRX Instructors in the area, and we are the only TRX Qualified facility in over 150 miles. TRX at STS is A-mazing!
Nothing better to reward your body for all it does for you on a daily basis than with a great session of yoga or pilates at STS. Your body will thank you.
Geared towards those in the best time of their lives…. retirement and beyond! If you, a friend or family member have trouble with balance, sitting, standing, stairs, all those foundational movements… this is their new piece of pie!!
We know sometimes your schedule gets crazy, that’s why we offer open gym to our members, so they can still get a workout in if they miss a coached session. The ‘white’ areas on the schedule are open gym times at STS.
