Solomon Training Systems is different than the typical big box gym. We are a training gym. We are more than a building full of equipment lined up. We are a full service, personal training and coaching gym. With your membership, you have a coach at all your sessions, programming is done for you, no guess work.
We take great pride in being the areas leader in group training, and staying ahead of all others in the industry. You won’t find a custom health and fitness system like Solomon Training Systems, anywhere else.
